Mindfulness and hypnotherapy

First, we’ll arrange a free of charge fifteen minute phone call for an initial consultation around hypnotherapy.  This will be to assess whether hypnosis is right for you and you can tell me what issues you would like to overcome.  I can tell you in more detail how I can help and about the Advanced Clinical Hypnosis techniques that I will be using.  I can answer any questions you may have.

Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an alternative type of therapy that is a bit like a psychological form of acupuncture but without the needles.  It is used for releasing unresolved emotions that was associated or may be the root of with an unwanted behaviour.  This can be done through tapping on key meridian points whilst tuning in to a particular negative experience or thought associated with the problem. Leaving you feeling refreshed, lighter and more relaxed, with a new outlook on life.

Havening

Havening is an rapid breakthrough therapy which uses a variety of techniques incorporated into the session so that you can let go of emotions and past events that are effecting you now. 

It is a psycho-sensory therapy developed by Ron Ruden, which is based on neuroscience.  Paul Mackenna has successfully demonstrated this technique to the United Nations on the International Day of Happiness. You can read more about this below.
